1. Services: We provide cleaning as agreed in your quote or booking confirmation.

2. Bookings & Cancellations: Please give at least 3 days notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Payment: Payment is due as per your invoice. Late payments may incur charges.

4. Access & Safety: Clients must provide safe access to premises. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or unsafe environments.

5. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Changes: We may update these terms; the latest version will always be on our website.
